Recipe: Bleu Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Here's what I made for dinner tonight


It was ever so yummy - and very easy!

  1. Define 'very easy' in terms I could understand!

    I'd never come across the term 'bleu cheese' before. To me it's always been either blue cheese or, at a push, 'fromage bleu'. US usage I suppose.

    Reminds a bit of one of my pet hates: 'chaise lounge'. It's 'chaise longue' people or, if you must, 'long chair'. Ugh!
