A flowery spring

I really like having blooming things in my yard. I do not like having to do any work to accomplish this, however. So I love flowery things that come back every year all on their own. Things I don't even have to prune in the winter if I don't feel like it.

Here's proof that my system works! Above is my clematis - it's the third year it has bloomed after my benign neglect. And here is


my baby! My hydrangea! All I have done to it this year is dose it with some kind of chemical that makes the blooms blue. All those light green things you see are blossoms - it is going to be gorgeous this year!
